Order and Shipping Terms

Many times the post office deliver to an empty house & will leave a note if the package is at the post office. You may need to pick up the parcel at post office. Our suggestion is that you go to the post office and check to see if they have a package for you. It is worth a try. All shipments require addressee's signature to receive the parcel.
We always obtain & keep all receipts of shipments, postage proof, no matter the method of shipping. We keep these receipts until the buyer has notified us that they have received the item. Buyer can always request a copy of receipt.
